Demetri Martin talks about rainbows.... after other stuff.
So watch that video but start it at 3:10.
Thanks. I just think its funny.
Rainbows. They are explained in the bible as a gift from god promising that there will never be another world wide flood. They are not explained the same way by science. So what I want to know.... did light not react to a droplet of water before the flood in the manner that it does now? Were there just no rainbows despite all of the elements for its makings being present? That to me seems like the greater miracle.
How retarded do you have to be to believe that rainbows only came into existence in our world as a result of a promise to humans that there wouldnt be any more world wide flooding? How stupid are you to not brush that aside and just accept that as long as there has been light and water/prisms, there have been rainbows?
While I am at it... the tower of babel.
so, everyone in the world spoke the same language and they talked about building a tower to the heavens. and they started to do it. so god investigates ...
And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do; and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another's speech. Gen 11:6-7
He is actually bothered that his children have banded together and progressed and built something awesome. so much so that he ruins their ability to communicate. he hates that they are not restrained and can achieve their goals. He breaks them apart, confounds their languages. the tower is abandoned.
How retarded do you have to be to actually believe that this is why people speak different languages? Also, IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM COULD PEOPLE FROM EARLY BIBLICAL TIMES CREATE SOMETHING THAT COMPARES TO THIS...
If Babel has any truth to it at all, Rosetta Stone is doing the work of the devil and god is SUPER pissed about the Burj Khalifa.

i <3 this blog. i <3 rainbows.
